I first started using Childrens-Rooms.co.uk about two years ago, when I first purchased a toddler bed and bedding for Justin, who for those of you who are familiar with my blog will know, is my eldest! Since then I have been a regular Children’s Rooms customer, purchasing bedding and bedroom accessories online, whenever Justin (or I) fancy giving his room a quick refresh with the latest crazes.
Obviously, with Christmas fast approaching, Justin decided that he wanted to ditch his beloved Thomas the Tank Engine Bedding until the New Year, and switch it to some Christmas Bedding, so I seized the opportunity to get back online and have a browse through the Children’s Rooms site.
Initially I was pretty shocked at the wide range of Christmas Bedding and Bedroom Accessories that the site had available, there is enough to transform any child’s bedroom into a grotto at lower prices than what you would expect for these kind of products. So with curiosity getting the better of me, and being spoilt for choice, I got in touch with the Children’s Room team. I decided to ask what their bestselling Christmas bedding has been this year so far, and with December fast approaching, I also asked for a hand with what bedding I should choose… The team very kindly answered all my questions, and I thought it was too good of an opportunity to miss writing about.
I have written about their top five bestselling Christmas Bedding Sets below.
Santa’s Christmas Bedding!
This cotton Rich single duvet cover, supplied with a matching pillowcase features a fantastic festive design, with Santa high up on the bright red background, ready to deliver presents from his sleigh on Christmas Eve. The sleigh is being pulled along by none other than Rudolph and the scene is finished off by snow-covered rooftops, houses adorned with Christmas lights and even the odd festive Robin.
Selfie Elfie Bedding!
Fun & festive, and definitely bringing the bedding industry into the 21st century is the Selfie Elfie single duvet & matching pillowcase. This cotton rich bedding features an elf on the front, and an elf hat on the pillowcase, so when your little elf goes to bed this year, it looks like they are wearing the full outfit – which is a fantastic photo opportunity if nothing else! The background features a snowy scene, complete with wrapped up gifts and the reverse side of the bedding features a very smart checked pattern.
White Christmas Festive Bedding!
Adult and child alike, most of us dream of having a white Christmas (even if it is just a slight covering) and with this bedding you certainly can. This vibrant bedding set has it all – snowmen, reindeer, Christmas trees, presents and even a couple of sleighs for good measure. The reverse side of the bedding is a slightly more discreet, with a pale blue background and white snowflakes.
Rudolph Reindeer Christmas Bedding!
The Rudolph Reindeer Christmas Bedding is full of vibrant colours, and is plastered with festive fun, including Santa stop here signs, galloping Rudolph’s, Christmas Trees, Snowflakes and wrapped up presents, this bedding is a popular choice for any child (and even some adults) Manufactured with brushed 100% cotton, this bedding is both warm and luxurious.
Snowman Christmas Bedding!
Boasting 100% brushed cotton, our top 5 countdown wouldn’t be complete without a bedding set featuring a happy snowman, alongside Christmas trees, snowflakes and even Robins. With this bedding, even if the snow doesn’t make an appearance this year, you can rest assured your children won’t miss out on one of the most important characters of Christmas.
I am still undecided about what Christmas bedding to order, there are so many great designs to choose from, one thing however is guaranteed – I will be ordering a set for our spare bedroom for our Christmas guests, as well as the sets for the kids. A lot of the above designs are also available in double bedding, so I may even purchase a set for myself!
This weekend, all the above bedding is in the Children’s Rooms Black Friday to Cyber Monday sale, with 10% off site wide, so like me, you can get Christmas ready for the start of December…Happy shopping!
